Ad tech company AceeX announces a strong start to the year with a series of strategic moves that position the company for accelerated growth and deeper industry integration.
In Q1 2025, AceeX status was approved as Vendor 1387 of IAB Europe’s Transparency and Consent Framework v2.2 TCF. It demonstrates its full alignment with the IAB Europe’s Transparency and Consent Framework. This milestone reinforces Aceex’s commitment to privacy-first advertising and positions the company as a trusted partner in the programmatic supply chain. Especially for publishers and buyers operating in privacy-conscious markets.
The TCF, which was launched in April 2018, is a cross-industry voluntary standard that relies on standardisation to facilitate compliance with certain provisions of the ePrivacy Directive and the GDPR. It applies principles and requirements derived from these two legislative instruments to the online industry's specific context, considering relevant EU-level guidance from the EDPB and national level guidance from Data Protection Authorities.
Developed through a joint effort by IAB Europe and key players in the online advertising industry, the TCF serves as a standard for managing user consent and data privacy. It is intended to enable publishers of websites and apps (first-parties) and technology partners that support the delivery, personalisation or measurement of advertising and content (third-parties or vendors) to work together and provide users with a standardised experience when they make privacy choices.
At AceeX, we believe that formalising our role within the TCF ecosystem and establishing partnerships with new players allows us to offer advertisers and publishers greater transparency, trust, and performance across the board.
AceeX joined TCF to enhance compliance with GDPR.
