Clinch’s Charel MacIntosh, Honoured as a 2024 P2PI Women of Excellence Award Winner

Clinch, the leader in dynamic ad serving & personalisation and creator of Flight Control, the Omnichannel Campaign Activation Platform, announced today (October 18th, 2024) that Charel MacIntosh, head of business development & strategic partnerships, has been named a recipient of the prestigious 2024 Women of Excellence Award by the Path to Purchase Institute (P2PI). This accolade recognises women who have made outstanding contributions to their industry, showcasing leadership, innovation, and excellence in their field.

I’m especially passionate about mentoring and supporting others in the industry, and this recognition just motivates me to keep pushing for more inclusion and growth in ad tech."

MacIntosh was recognised for the key role she played in driving Clinch's success through initiatives that have set new benchmarks for the company and industry as a whole. She helped Clinch become the first client-side ad server to incorporate UID2, The Trade Desk's identity solution, and led the integration of Clinch’s Flight Control with Google Ad Manager’s Creative Transcoding API.

MacIntosh has made valuable contributions to the industry through her work shaping standards like the IAB’s Retail Media Buyer’s Guide. She has shared her knowledge through industry publications and taken part in working groups focused on improving industry practices. MacIntosh is also dedicated to mentoring others, especially supporting the growth of women and minorities in tech. Her efforts have helped create a more inclusive and collaborative environment in the industry.
