AdPlayer.Pro, an international provider of SaaS digital video ad tech solutions, has rolled out significant feature upgrades to its flagship products.
Namely, the official announcement highlights crucial enhancements to the video ad server, including the expanded Prebid Partner integration options, as well as the implemented support of passing Google's publisher-provided identifier (PPID) in bid requests.
According to Natalie Romankina, CEO of AdPlayer.Pro, the latter feature is part of the company's ongoing preparations for the upcoming deprecation of third-party cookies, scheduled for 2025.
"As our business partners adapt to the impending cookieless future, we're staying ahead by equipping them with essential tools to maintain precise video ad targeting. Particularly, supporting Google's PPID ensures that advertisers can maintain effective frequency capping across all platforms and screens once third-party cookies are no longer available," she explained.
Additionally, the company has introduced upgrades to its InApp video ad unit, aimed at smoothing the integration of video ads in mobile applications.
As Ms. Romankina emphasised, in-app video advertising has seen a significant surge, extending beyond the gaming sector, especially in the past few years, prompting AdPlayer.Pro to invest more resources in enhancing the company’s mobile ad tech solutions.
"Recently, we've updated our mobile SDKs. Now, we're improving our featured InApp ad units, with even more mobile tech updates coming in Q3 & Q4 2024," she announced.
