Nexxen Strengthens UK Presence with Strategic Commercial Hires

Nexxen, a global, unified advertising technology platform with deep expertise in video and Connected TV (“CTV”), recently expanded its UK team, adding three new roles to its Commercial organisation. Specifically, Nexxen has hired Neil Cooke as enterprise sales director, Luc Benyon as director of commercial enablement, and Lucy Madden as agency lead for Interpublic Group ("IPG"), all based in London.

This strategic move represents the latest milestone in the company's ongoing global expansion – including the launch of automatic content recognition (“ACR”) data capabilities across Europe and Asia-Pacific markets – underscoring the company’s commitment to advancing its CTV offering.

Cooke brings a wealth of knowledge to Nexxen, having been in the industry for more than 15 years. In his new role, he is focused on leading Nexxen’s demand-side platform ("DSP") sales business in the UK. He was previously the director of partnerships for Blis, an integrated ad planning, buying and measurement platform.

Benyon’s expertise lies in marketing and strategy for technology businesses. At Nexxen, he is responsible for providing the EMEA and APAC Commercial teams with the necessary tools to enhance CTV media buys and manage publisher inventory effectively. In the past, Benyon held multiple marketing leadership positions at companies including Watching That, an OTT optimisation platform, and Video Intelligence AG, a contextual video platform that is now part of Outbrain.

With extensive experience in both APAC and EMEA, Madden joins from global digital entertainment and media platform Azerion, where she was a senior account director (also working with IPG). Now an agency lead, her premier goal is expanding IPG's access to Nexxen’s suite of solutions, which include CTV and video supply, creative services, and robust data capabilities.

By bolstering its team with seasoned professionals, Nexxen aims to enhance its CTV offerings, providing partners with first-class products that leverage the growing potential of this channel.

“We are thrilled to welcome Neil, Luc, and Lucy to the team,” said Steve Broadhead, managing director, EMEA at Nexxen. “By continuing to make investments in our international business, we'll be able to deliver even greater service and innovation to our valued clients and partners across these markets.”
