Adludio Bolsters Global Operations With Appointment of Chris Allan as CEO

Adludio, the AI-powered platform delivering attention-led and data-driven mobile advertising, today (November 14th, 2023) announces the appointment of Chris Allan as CEO. Taking up the helm from interim CEO, Richard Simons, Allan will lead the business in developing partnerships and expanding opportunities globally, as well as oversee the upcoming launch of its pioneering software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering.

A veteran of the international technology industry, Allan has a proven track record of increasing sales and operational efficiencies as well as delivering growth and profitability in both privately funded and start-up environments. Allan joins Adludio from the software asset management service, Livingstone Group, where he was CEO from 2021 until the business was acquired by Trustmarque at the start of 2023.

Allan joins Adludio at an important time as the business embarks on its next phase of growth. In March 2023, Adludio secured significant follow-up investment from its lead investor Mercia among others. The business has since leveraged this to capitalise on its recent expansion in the US, and is now preparing for the launch of its groundbreaking AI platform, which is set to propel the ad tech landscape forward.

Commenting on his appointment, Allan said, “With advertisers increasingly turning their sights towards accountability, visibility, and optimisation, Adludio is leading the way in leveraging creative intelligence through AI. With its innovative technology and its dynamic personnel, it is a great honour to be responsible for the business as it takes these transformative next steps.”
