Final Shortlists Revealed: Ad Tech Personality Of The Year and Ad Tech Rising Star 2023

With The Wires just weeks away, we can now announce the final nominees for our prestigious Ad Tech Personality of the Year and Ad Tech Rising Star awards.

ExchangeWire are delighted to announce the shortlists for two of ad tech's most prestigious awards: Ad Tech Personality of the Year and Ad Tech Rising Star. Always hotly-contested, the votes have been counted and nominees whittled down to the final shortlists.

“These shortlists represent our present and future, and we're thrilled to highlight such a wide range of people and the impact they're having on the industry. We're proud to provide a platform for them all.”

Rachel Smith, ExchangeWire co-founder and CEO

One of the most sought-after awards in the industry, Ad Tech Personality of the Year recognises an individual who has made a significant impact to the ad tech industry. Previous winners include industry heavyweights Sara Vincent, Emma Newman, Cadi Jones, Paul Gubbins, Joanna Burton, Jay Stevens, and Sarah Wood, all of whom received the prestigious accolade after being nominated by industry peers.

This year's shortlisted nominees have all made an impact on the industry, and are all worthy of this prestigious accolade. With competition so fierce, for the first time we've got 11 names on the shortlist rather than 10.

The Wires also recognises the next generation of ad tech experts, who will continue to shape our industry through the Ad Tech Rising Star award.

In an ever-changing ecosystem, this award reflects the fast-moving nature of ad tech, and celebrates the individuals that are making an impact at all levels. These are the ones to watch, and it is exciting to see such a diverse mix of skills and backgrounds taking our industry to the next level.
