ExchangeWire Expand Global Footprint with New US Industry Hire

Today (29 March) ExchangeWire have announced the appointment of Diane Harding (pictured) as US head of content. Harding joins the growing ExchangeWire team as the first US-based hire, reinforcing ExchangeWire's international growth trajectory. Harding's appointment continues ExchangeWire's approach of hiring talent from within the industry.

Harding joins ExchangeWire from a varied, expansive background in the marketing strategy and advertising technology industry, having most recently held the position of director of product marketing at enterprise decision management solution, sapiens DECISION. Prior to that, Harding held marketing VP roles at eXelate and AdFin, as well as senior marketing roles at MediaMath, Sizmek (formerly MediaMind), and Advertising.com (AOL).

In her position as US head of content, Harding will focus on growing ExchangeWire's presence across the Atlantic, developing content focusing on the changing and growing advertising and marketing technology market, as well as how agencies and brands manage the ad tech and martech landscapes across the US.

Speaking of her appointment, Harding commented: "I've been involved with ExchangeWire since its inception, both as an avid reader, and as a client and sponsor of ExchangeWire's global event series, ATS. I am delighted to be joining the team and to help build ExchangeWire's strong brand reputation as industry challenger in the exciting US market."

Ciaran O'Kane, CEO, ExchangeWire, added: "Diane has a wealth of knowledge and experience, not only of the complex ad tech and martech landscapes, but also of the expansive and fragmented US market. Diane will be able to challenge the online advertising industry in the market and help to grow the ExchangeWire brand."

Harding's experience in ad tech product marketing will help her to ask the right questions and get 'under the hood' of solutions offered by new and established players in the ever-expanding digital ecosystem.

Continuing ExchangeWire's trend of hiring from within the online advertising industry, the approach brings practical, in-market expertise to the fore to continually challenge the industry status quo. "ExchangeWire get below the surface of the industry", continued O'Kane, "asking challenging questions, and extracting the truth from the jargon. Our strategy of hiring from within the industry reinforces our position and brings credibility as we expand our US footprint."
